Scandinavian singer-songwriter and composer Rumle Sieling Langdal stems from the vibrant Danish Capitol of Copenhagen. He’s well studied, attending the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. Primarily a solo-artist, with several collaborations behind him and an EP of own songs scheduled to be released in early 2015, Rumle is also a member of the hyped Danish folk-pop collective The Grenadines, whose debut album is on deck for release.
Rumle’s raw and folky pop recordings circle around topics of urban seclusion and love – lost and found – and draw on a mix of American and Scandinavian folk tradition. As a composer Rumle recently wrote commissioned songs for an Australian documentary film called Legacy, and has before written music for theater and TV-commercials and series, hereunder the international success The Bridge.
